11. Limitation of Liability

PayNexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our enterprise services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the enterprise user in the preceding three months.

12. Enterprise Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend enterprise accounts for:

  • Fraudulent activities
  • Security breaches
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Other reasons deemed necessary to protect our platform

Enterprise users may terminate their accounts with 30 days notice.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to enterprise users via email, dashboard notifications, or through our platform. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Kenyan law.
